IPhone 12 Pro 128gb Graphite

I ordered my IPhone 12 Pro 128gb in Graphite on 3rd November. When ordering I was told it would be despatched within 21 days. Tomorrow is day 21 and still no despatch. Any ideas?

@mhaines1994 @I know right, my wife ordered hers on the 13/11 at around 14:00, I then ordered mine on the 13/11 at around 4/5 pm and she’s had hers a week and I’ve not even had a text from EE, even if they would communicate with me and explain simply what’s happening I would be fine and wait for the phone. My order status just says awaiting confirmation and seriously that phase is now my trigger words that turn me into angry incredible sulk! What does awaiting confirmation even mean. Do EE actually have any stock of the 12 max pro graphite?!?

@Dsely It is ridiculous but in EEs defence, I don't think it's them that is causing the hold ups. I'm almost certain it is an Apple issue.

Same  with me i ordered iph 12 pro max silver and they tell me 7 days tomorrow is 7 days but still nothing on the track order . They have 7 days on the site from 2 weeks now when i call them they tell me to wait from now 7 days

I’ve ordered mine last week probably won’t get it for another four weeks but didn’t they have 5million pounds worth of phones stolen from a lorry?

@mhaines1994 @But they could update us and tell us if it’s apples fault or not. It’s a lot of money to lay out for phone that we get no communication over

I Changed my order this morning. I’ve now ordered the 256gb graphite and was told expect delivery in 3-5 days. Let’s see!

@Robinsonboy1 the 256gb graphite pro is what I've been waiting for since 4th November! I've just got off live chat and been told another 14 days potentially! It's a farce now.

@CraigT77 @I’ve just been onto them also, said the delivery guidance says 28 days even though I was originally told 21 days. Also said they had no stock sat in waiting (whatever the hell that means) all stock is allocated to back orders (including mine) and have no stock to allocate to new orders. And then just fobbed me off with excuses about it being manic and there doing everything they can blah blah

I totally get that there is a shortage of stock and I get that it's Apple's doing and not EEs. However, what isn't Apple's fault is the total lack of communication or contradictory information everyone is getting. There doesn't seem to be any kind of plan in place to deal with the shortage effectively? Everything seems hap hazard and a mess. You speak to somebody one day and get totally different information if you speak to somebody the next.
