I left UK after graduate university so I have to quit my contract. I called 150 many times but I couldn’t quit. How do I cancel my contract?

I tried many times but I couldn’t connect human. I live in outside the U.K. so if it’s possible I want to quit without calling such as e-mail or something.

Hi @Keijyu.
You will need to speak with our disconnections team who can close your account.
You'll be required to provide at least 30 days notice, even if the minimum term of your contract has ended, during which time we'll continue to provide you with our service.
At the end of the notice period, we'll terminate your number and stop billing you. You'll be charged for our service for the 30 days from the date of your cancellation request and this charge will show on your final bill as the Remaining Contract Charge.
You can call from outside the UK on +44 7953966250.
Katie 🙂

Hi @Keijyu.
We cannot cancel a contract through the EE website.
Please call the number provided and let me know the outcome,
