Order confirmed but not dispatched

Hi there,

 

I have ordered the new iPhone 13 last week and have not received this yet. When tracking my order number is says order needs confirmation. I know longer have access to the email address previously used - I have changed this on the app is there anyway I can get a new confirmation sent out. I do not want to reorder the phone again because they no longer do the deal that I secured. 
Someone please help.

@Parkes112   Try calling customer services a waiting confirmation usually means they want to speak with you. 

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

@Parkes112 I had this a couple years ago and i would advise to call them asap on 150, its probably nothing to worry about but it could mean there is an aspect of your order that needs clarified and could prevent it from progressing
