I wish to cancel my broadband

Hello Everyone!

I wish to cancel my broadband.
I try to call customer service but it is not available.
Why can't I cancel online?

There is no facility to cancel broadband online.

Did you call 0800 079 8586 option 3?

 

If you want to move your broadband to another provider, other than VM or another cable provider, then let the other provider do the work, they will inform EE.
