I want to order a PS 5

Hello. I am trying to buy a PS 5 from the app. Yesterday I was in a EE store to find out what is happening and their answer was you have to buy it from the app. I told them that I cannot purchase from the app and they said to keep trying. Very good answer. Can somebody tell me how can I add it to my pay monthly plan please or what are the steps to do that ? Thank you!
