hi . spoke to Samsung and I need a pre order advice note to claim the buds but never received any emails when I pre ordered

I dont know why you've been told that as to claim the wireless buds you need to go onto the samsung members app when you recieve the s10+. That is where you can confirm your free buds

yes and you need to upload a pre order advice note as proof on the app once you receive the phone
