I upgraded yesterday and was expecting the new phone today, no show, tracking not working, who do I contact

EE standard opening hours are Monday to Friday, 8am to 9pm - Saturday and Sunday, 8am to 8pm.

Because EE is crap been trying to upgrade for 2 weeks easier to go to carphone warehouse better deals 

I called ee today, phone not left yet, so cancelled went to carphone warehouse got it sorted in 10 min phone on way, result 

went through carphone ware house on line and chat sorted in 10 min so easy compared to ee, it took me nearly an hour on Fri then phone never left ware houseI 

Well done that's what I am doing it takes less time and you get what you want 

Plus a better Deal than EE

Yes I also got better deal
