I upgraded online on 3 days ago and my order number isn't even valid.

I upgraded on the 14th April and since then I haven't heard anything from EE. My order number isn't valid on track my phone. My Samsung Galaxy S9 screen won't work all the time.

@Jo421   Thats because it’s an order number not a tracking number. 

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.
