I upgraded but I can't see when my phone is gonna be delivered

I upgraded a day ago to a S10e 128gb with 100gb data, with coverage of accidental damage.

The E-MAIL gave me a tracking link and that my order was placed or something, but when I go into the tracking thingy it tells me that there was an error etc etc and that EE will e-mail or text me or whatever when it's gonna be delivered.

 

Question is WHEN is it gonna happen, it said it's gonna be within a day but no info yet?

 

Also side-question, will I receive the galaxy buds as well? Since they were included in the picture in the e-mail(sorry if it's a stupid question, because I was lurking the samsung website and saw the promotion with the galaxy buds that ends on 23rd on all s10 devices line-up)

Thanks for coming back to the community.

 

If you get in touch with our Mobile Care team on 150, they will be able to give you an update on your order.

 

DPD will send you a text the day before your delivery to let you know your device is on its way 🙂

 

You can claim for the Samsung Galaxy Buds on the Samsung Website.
