Hi I am really really frustrated with you people. I upgraded my phone to an S21 and i have not even started using. I tried to clone my old phone to the new one but it didnt work out. My S9 which is the old phone, it is difficult to remove the sim so i ordered a replacement sim which hasnt arrived yet, but you guys have blocked my old phone which is annoying. It says sim is not registered. My numbwer is xxxxxxxxxxx. I cant even call you to complain. Please get this sorted asap, thanks. I have a lot of calls that cannot get to me now because of this

Did you use smart switch to transfer your data via the cable? This should work, what error message did you receive?
As for your SIM if you ordered a new SIM your old one will be deactivated as you cannot have two Sims on the same account.
