I placed an order for an iPhone 11 on 20th of April, it said it was in stock and that it’s usually dispatched within one day, but I still haven’t received any update on email or text and when I try and track my order it says that it can’t give me any information at this time. I would really like to know what exactly is happening as I need to switch over from my previous provider. Many Thanks

I have, but they ask for my EE phone number which I don’t have yet as the phone hasn’t been delivered. Is there a different number I need to call?

Hi, I just tried this but it asks me to enter my phone number, which at the moment is still with my current provider and so the automated machine doesn't allow me to continue to speak to anyone. What can I do instead?
