i have ordered a phone online as an upgrade, and paid £50 upfront
i got an order confirmation email however the £50 hasn’t left my account. and i got a second email asking to call their services but when i called up it said that they were only taking emergency calls.
so what can i do in order to get my phone ?

If you've had an email saying that you need to contact our Customer Care team, then I'd recommend getting in touch.
The hold time may be longer than usual but an advisor will be able to help you once you get through.
