I still have not received my pre ordered S10. What's the issue?

I am still waiting to receive my galaxy s10 that I pre-ordered. What's the issue?

@Martle - You have until the 08 April 2019 to claim the Samsung Galaxy Buds.

Yh I know just hope phone gets dispatch today so I can claim buds asap. Because it's probably gonna take a month for them to come. Smiley Frustrated

Quick update, I recieved my s10 yesterday however i didnt recieve the free ear buds?

When did u place ur order for your phone? And u need 2 claim the ear buds from the samsung website EE should of texted you with a link.

@Dave88   You don’t get them at the same time as the device you need to claim them.
