I phone 12 max pro delivery

I order my new phone 2days ago on 30th of dec I got told that it would take a week to come into stock then I would receive a delivery date however I have seen lots of other post were people who ordered in nov are only just getting them. I was wondering when others had ordered and if they have received ? So I can get better idea of l the type of timescale I am looking at. Thanks

Oh yeah sorry you got yours within a week that's my bad. I will definitely ring 150 and speak to them about it thank you so much x

 

Yeah! They've continuously told me for the last 2 weeks it's first come first serve however I did order it a whole month ago I'd think I would come under that bracket I'm not sure. Just not too pleased.

 

For sure, I was going to go the store and speak to them directly rather than the hassle of communicating online however I've been placed into lockdown so can't go to stores 😕

 

Glad you received yours so quickly though, jealous 😂

Not to rain on your parade @ameliax  but I think @Lisa07 got lucky with her order cos I also ordered through the 150 method and spoke to multiple different people about my purchase and all said it was stocked and ready to send. If it doesn’t come by tomorrow which will be the 2 week overdue mark I will be cancelling and going with 02 as I can get a good family contract deal as my brother is with them and has been for some time as they do offer good customer service

That is really frustrating. I will call them just to make sure. Really annoying to hear that to be honest. I understand they might not have been supplied stock but they shouldn't give us timescales then. It's unfortunate as they'll be losing customers. I do hope yours comes tomorrow and if not just go with O2 they seem to be more reliable.
