Trade in upgrade

Hello,

 

I just received my new iPhone 12 Pro, however when I upgraded I selected a trade in deal. The new phone did not come with a package or anything to send my old phone in, will this arrive in the next couple days? Or do I need to contact EE?

@LeonMc   That should come from Brightstar within the next few days.  

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.
