I order my new phone 2days ago on 30th of dec I got told that it would take a week to come into stock then I would receive a delivery date however I have seen lots of other post were people who ordered in nov are only just getting them. I was wondering when others had ordered and if they have received ? So I can get better idea of l the type of timescale I am looking at. Thanks
Honestly haven't got the patience as my current phone is smashed and barely works. I got told I'd get it by christmas or within 28 days from 4/12/20 it has now been over a month!
I’m In the same position as iPhones just aren’t made to last anymore and am desperate for this new phone so I ordered as I was promised it by the 30th and they took 300 quid off me. Now got no new phone or money...
@rileycox Honestly, just disappointing. They also don't keep us in the loop. The update email has said waiting to be dispatched for a good 2 weeks. They shouldn't promise us dates if they can't stick to it
I don’t even have an update email or anything new. The only email I have is from the 27th confirming id set up the new contract as I paid my contract off to get a new phone. It’s just disappointing as I’ve been offered no support and realistically lied to....
Which iPhone did you order ? Mine was the blue 128 I phone 12 max pro ? Not that it should change when you receive it but how did you order ? I phoned up and ordered my direct with an agent.

I would phone up 150 maybe ask if you can order through them instead or see if they can do anything to your order. My only thought on this is that some of the EE stores are franchised not saying that this should make a difference but maybe they have a different timescale to EE directly!!! This is just a guess though so please don’t quote me on this it might just be worth checking out as I know the store near us is and when I has issues with something I bought from them I had to just deal directly with them because of the above. This is why I phoned 150 and sorted my upgrade out.
I received mine yesterday after ordering on 30th dec so only waited 7days!!!! Hope this helps in some way x
