I ordered an upgrade and got the xkn number but no delivery timescale is available when i try tracking?

Fair enough, but surely there must be an approx timescale prior to dispatch. Or at least a follow up email or text to give me an update.

Hi James,
It was ordered on the 7th as part of an upgrade deal/package with a nintendo switch. The phone did show as in stock when i ordered it.

U need to call ee as my order was the exact same and when i spoke to them they said the order was cancelled in error and has to be reprocessed on monday. Not great!!
