I ordered a new paym sim and it’s been 6 days?

I ordered my new paym sim on Thursday it’s now Wednesday and I still haven’t received it, they gave me a tracking number but it doesn’t work. They have sent me the paper bill and expect me to pay by 12 of July when I haven’t even used or got the SIM card. 
what am I meant to do?

I'm sorry to hear your SIM hasn't arrived yet.

 

SIM cards are usually sent in second-class post.

So how long will second class post take? I’ve revived mail from royal mail today and I still haven’t got the the sim and it’s been a week.

Hi @Sihaam123.

 

If it hasn't arrived after seven working days, I'd recommend getting in touch with our Customer Care team to order a new one.
