You can track your order using the order tracker, all you need is your order reference which is provided on your confirmation email.

Hi,
They were iPhone xs’s, I ordered them on the 1st and they were delivered to the depot on the 2nd and according to EE should have been delivered on the 5th, but it’s now the 7th and still no sign of them.

When you track your order using your DPD tracking number does it show anything further?

On Monday it said out for delivery, same on Tuesday and Wednesday, now it’s saying returned to depot. Contacted EE again and they’re going to contact DPD tomorrow (Thursday)
