I have made an upgrade on Saturday, received an email with xko order number but after that I didn't receive any update. Would anyone be able to let me know what happened? Did my order or credit checks got declined?
I am not sure what to do.

It looks like that particular model could now be end of line.

Also, I am not able to track my order it says "Sorry, we can't show your order details right now."
When I ordered it was showing that the phone was in stock. I ordered the Samsung Galaxy S21 Ultra in Phantom Silver with 512GB.

It’s probably out of stock, I ordered an iPad at the weekend and even though said in stock I only received one email, spoke to them on the phone today and it’s out of stock until maybe tomorrow or maybe next week. Not very helpful when they tell us something is in stock and it’s not 🤦🏼♀️

Was it definitely the 512GB model you ordered? We currently only offer the S21 Ultra in 128GB or 256GB.
