Hi @Nelson527
It depends on your payment history and the device you want. EE never used to check for upgrades, but I think it's changed now. You will have to try to find out.

EE standard opening hours are Monday to Friday, 8am to 9pm - Saturday and Sunday, 8am to 8pm.
