I jusr got new s21 with sim card

  • My sim is not working just received a new phone with new number.

@Champagne7  Is this an upgrade or are you a new customer of EE ?  If this is an upgrade you can just put your old Sim card in your new device.  If you are a new customer you need to allow your Sim card to activate this can take up to 24 hours.  Try switching the device off/on again a few times.

What was the reason for your new SIM & phone?

 

Is this a new connection to EE? Or an upgrade of an existing pay-monthly phone?

 

Are you on pay-monthly or PAYG?
