I haven’t recieved my email confirmation after pre ordering on Friday morning

I called and pre ordered my iPhone XS 64GB on Friday morning at 8 am and I still haven’t recieved a confirmation email from EE. I was told delivery would be Friday 21st but just want to make sure this is happening. Any help would be greatly appreciated please?

Some people seem to get that instead of an email - are you able to track your order at all?

Hi, thanks for getting back to me so quickly. 

i did receive a text and it has a tracking link but all it says next to the delivery date is awaiting confirmation. I was told on Friday that it would be Friday the 21st.

No worries mate, I was told the same and my delivery date is also 'Awaiting Confirmation'.

Some people are getting emails, some are getting texts - so it seems you're on the same stage as everyone else 🙂
