I have just changed to monthly contract and I was told that I would keep my mobi

Ee doesn't recognise my number and I was told by the operator that setup my new monthly plan that I would only have to turn my phone off and on again and I would be all set up which I have done today

Is this your My EE account that does not recognise your number?

 

Are you using our old SIM card?

 

Also, do you have signal showing on your new phone?
