Hi, I bought a Sim only package for my iPad, it works ok.
I now need to get in contact with someone on the help desk but the number I ring keeps asking for a phone number and I do not have one, nor do i have an EE phone to send the 150 message to.
All I want to do is peak to some one about my sim card which I pay for each month
How can I speak to someone please

All SIMs have a mobile no. It would have been printed on he SIM's packaging when you received it.

Hi, Thanks for the quick reply.
This was over three years ago and the sim packaging has long since been thrown away

@Ybslik , If you have not used the SIM card in three years, then the number will no longer be available, as numbers are recycled after a certain length of time.
If you check @XRaySpeX signature, there is an 0800 number you can ring, which is free and will be able to speak to someone, but you may have a wait, as EE is short staffed due to the pandemic, otherwise is there anything we can help you with?

Hi @Ybslik
Thanks for posting on the community.
Do you still have the SIM card in the iPad?
If so, can you go into Settings > General > About, do you have a mobile number showing?
If not, you can call us on 0800 956 6000 to speak to our customer care team and no number will be needed 🙂
Let me know if you need any further help 🙂
Leanne.

Yes the sim is still in use but not in my Ipad and I still pay for it each month. I now have it in my car tracking device.
