I have a PAYAS YOUGO Q2 PLUS, when I download APP for Google Family Link it comes up as "Phone is starting" and never stops.

OK thanks for explaining some more, @karenawood18.
I've found some support for the Google Family app on the Google website. There are some instructions for setting it up and some troubleshooting steps on there too.
Could you give it a go and let me know how you get on?

Is the app downloaded and it gives you that error message when you load up the app? Could you try both on mobile data and connected to WiFi please?

Hi the error only comes up after the app is installed.
its The children app, which is uploaded.
the parent app on my phone is ok
