I paid £15 top up. But i changed my sim card. So i don’t need to use top up in my last sim card. I’d like to get refund £15 in my last sim card. Or i’d like to use £15 for my new pay monthly sim card instead of get refund
And I applied £20 pay monthly for 120GB data. But I got sim card only have 60GB data with £50 deposit charged. I wonder why i have only 60GB and when I can get back £50

Refunds are non refundable and this is stated in the T&Cs.
Give EE a call they may be able to transfer it to your PM account

Had you done this online by Switch to pay monthly and save your existing PAYG credit would have been carried over as credit towards your future bills.
