I cant find my order number

Hi I ordered an upgrade over the phone yesterday evening and I was told it would be delivered today.

I cant find an order number to track it and I haven't received a txt

@Hanajohn2   If you have been told you’ll get it today then you need to call customer services about this.  

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.
