I can't find my reference number for delivery of my phone upgrade

I upgraded my phone contract through the live feature, I forgot to save the reference number from the chat and the confirmation email does not contain my order reference number just the details of my new contract. I want to track the delivery, how can I find my reference number? I cannot ring as I do not have a phone until this new one comes, and the live chat feature says that my question is not applicable to live chat about so I'm unsure how I can get it? Thanks!

i have the same issue. the order confirmation email mentions delivery date 18 November 2020 but i didint receive the new iphone 12 pro max. i tried to track the order online, but the confirmation email only has my account number, there is no order reference number. Thanks

The estimated delivery guidance for that model at the time you ordered was to expect dispatch within 7 days.
