I am having problems accessing ee perks portal

I have registered for ee perks but keeps telling me my account has been deactivated because I haven't verified my account in time, so I need to re register. I try to re register and it says that my email address is already registered. I have called EE 150 several times and they cannot help. 

How do I resolve this?

Please contact your employers IT support team to see if they are blocking the external email from EE.

This is not something they are willing to help with as it is not a necessity to the public service.
Can my perk portal account be deleted and I try again uploading my work ID please?

Hi

I am having issues with the ee perks portal.  I am an emergency worker so I have registered to get my code for discount. No email has come through to my work so I have tried to do it again unfortunately its say that I am already registered. I have also tried to get back into my account but my password is not recognised so I have tried to reset my password but nothing has come through to my email. I have checked with work and my spam folder but nothing has arrived. spoke to customer services they said to check on here for a solution.

It sounds like the verification email may be being blocked by your email server's spam filter.

 

Please contact your IT support team who'll be able to check why the email isn't reaching you.

thanks James for the reply. I have checked and nothing has come through. I can't even sign back into the portal as my password doesn't work and cant reset as the email doesn't work. so i am hoping there is something wrong with the site as not sure where I go from here.

Hi @Bertzx,

 

You won't be able to reset your password until your email address has been verified.

 

If you are unable to receive the verification email to your work address, we could arrange for your account to be reset so you can register with your personal email address.
