I'm on a PAYG service and every month I'm being harassed by EE phoning me to take up my time and try to convince me to switch to a contract. How do I stop this menace?

You should be able to amend your marketing preferences by calling EE C/S on 150 from your mobile.
Having said that, are you sure it's EE calling you and not third party retailers/dealers?
