How to report broadband outage

I can’t stand the way EE make it impossible to report broadband outages.  It’s a terrible service offered when you can’t report faults.  No doubt my current outage can be blamed on a shortage of staff due to covid or the ping bridage

Which exchange?

If it is a neighbourhood issue, you could consult BT Service Status to see if any faults are being attended to in your local area.
