You should be able to use online guides to access the management page to either check the current password or change it to a preferred new value.

@mikeliuk that will help if the OP still has the admin password which is printed on the same card as the wifi password - but if that roo has rubbed off, then it may require a call to CS for a new router.

@Mustrum : Not necessarily! The router could be so old that the admin pwd printed on & rubbed off of the label could well be "admin". However OP has not seen fit to tell us which router.
