I am with EE for my mobile phone but we have bought a Huawei B525 router for use on our narrow boat. We go out on the boat maybe twice per year for four to six weeks at a time. How much data would we use if we don't play games or download video's but watch TV for say 4 hours per day and then use the Wifi to connect my phone.
Also would the sim in the router use up data when I check things on my mobile.?

Hello @rooster26
There's a basic guide to data usage on EE help here
All data transferred through your router's data connection will count towards its allowance & usage, regardless of which connected device uses it.

Thank you So if we are watching BBC or ITV (not catchup) what would we use per hour?

The BBC have this help page which advises on their data usage. The help article I previously linked to, gives an idea of usage across different apps, but the exact amounts can also vary depending on what quality you're watching in - SD/HD etc.
