How long will it take for me to receive my pre-ordered iPhone 13 pro max?

Hello, 

I placed an order for an iPhone 13 pro max today with EE over the phone, I asked when could I expect it and they said that it was on back order. How long is it going to take? 

My order has been confirmed it’s just waiting confirmation for a delivery date!

I ordered at the start of October and have no idea when it will be delivered. You are going to have a fairly long wait.

They say it’s an expected 28 day wait at least, I ordered mine October 7th and I’ve been told I’m looking at getting it around the 4th/5th November

It’s “expect dispatch in more than 28 days”   So anyone ordering in the last week or so this will apply to you.
