Hi everyone.
I ordered a Note 10+ 5G instore last Friday. With the online tracker it says, "Order confirmed" and then for delivery date "awaiting confirmation".
Any idea what the typical timescale for delivery is likely to be? Frustratingly online it says if I order now it'll be delivered tomorrow ☹

You will need to speak to the store about when they expect stock. Online and retail stores are different outlets.

Hi @blueblue.
In this case I would recommend contacting the store as advised by @Northerner.
They may be able to provide you a more accurate time scale as to when your handset will be ready.

Hi @Katie_B did you not bother reading my message, the store don't have a clue when it is coming in.
I get that online and instore may be different time scales, but the fact EE don't even know how long it takes for stock to get from warehouse to store doesn't paint a picture of a business that is very organised!
