Why can’t I track my phone

@Lara99   Do you have a tracking number ?  Your order number starts with a XKN OR XKO this is not a tracking number it’s just a order number and you can not track an order with this.  But please do as @Northerner  says and call customer services as something not right if you don’t have your tracking number.

You can track your order via EE order tracking. Alternatively you can call 150 and speak to CS.

EE standard opening hours are Monday to Friday, 8am to 9pm - Saturday and Sunday, 8am to 8pm.

I tried that, however when I put my order number in it came up with a message explaining that it can’t show my order details right now and I haven’t heard anything since my confirmation email days ago. Perhaps I’m too impatient haha

Hi @Leanne_T  thank you for commenting, I spoke to the customer service team earlier today and it’s all sorted now, should receive my phone between 1 and 2pm tomorrow 🙂
