Hi All
A close friend of mine died suddenly and very unexpectedly this summer. I'm helping to close down her life and EE has proved THE WORST and most difficult company to close her account on. I have been on hold for more than 30mins to an hour 3x with no joy (seriously NOT fun listening to the same clip of music for that long).
Does anybody know how to do this unpleasant and difficult task? I would appreciate any help.
