cancellation of dongle account

I have tried contacting EE by phone for 2 months now to cancel my dongle account as I no longer need it as I have not been travelling.  When I call, I am told ring back tomorrow!! This is no good.  EE are continuing to bill me for a service I do not want.  Help please

@Maggie9667   Customer services extremely busy because of the current situation you don’t have to hang up just stay on the phone and someone will answer your call when they are able to.  

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

 I have been trying to cancel my EE dongle account for 2 months now and every time I call the response is "Call again tomorrow". This is not good enough, particularly as I am still being billed for the account, which I no longer need.  I am a pensioner and cannot afford to continue paying for a service I no longer need.  Help please.
