How do i find out where my upgrade is

I recently upgraded my son and daughters phones that are both on my account. I did them over the phone at the same time I have received one but not the other it has been a week now how do I find out what is going on with the other one thanks for any help

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.
