So I have an old Huawei mifi device from 5 years ago. I ordered a data SIM, and it tells me on the packaging to create an account as I'll need to top up to receive my additional data.
The mifi seems to be working, but I need to top up. As I'm trying to confirm my account it's telling me it's sending a code by text message, but that's going to my mifi that doesn't display text messages.
So, how am I supposed to get the code that enables me to confirm my account and top up.
Thanks in advance for any help.

Does not the display show an envelope icon to the L of the battery icon?
Login to your MBB router at http://192.168.1.1 with username/pwd as "admin"/"admin" & look for the SMS section.
