How do I change my old EE phone number to my new EE phone

Ethan_Watson1

Hi,

please can someone assist.

I have upgraded EE contract but would like my old EE phone number as this would be easier for everyone who has my current number. I won’t need the PAC as I’m staying with EE but would only like 1 number. My old contract ends on the 18th of this month.

Put your old SIM in the new phone. As you upgraded you stay on the same no. & your new plan is on the old SIM.

If you think I helped please feel free to hit the "Thumbs Up" button below.

Hi @Ethan_Watson1

Thanks for coming to the community.

If you've upgraded you would keep the same number.

Do you have two numbers showing in your My EE account?

Leanne.
