How do I change a delivery option?

Hi I ordered my iPhone 12 pro in store which is scheduled to be delivered from 5th-9th Jan, London is currently in lockdown and stores are all closed so can I change this to home delivery please?

@Mila2   You’ll have to call customer services to see if this is possible.  

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

If the store is closed when your device is ready to be delivered, you'll get a text message advising that it'll be delivered to your account address.

Hi Chris thank you for your response, I called ee to ask if I could change my delivery option to home seeing as all the stores are currently closed and they said they won’t be able to change anything if it was an in store order and that I should try calling the store as there will be someone there. I’ve tried this and no one picks up. But if you’re saying they will retry and send it to my address then that is great! Thank you again!

If you do want to speak to someone from the store, you should be able to book a phone appointment on the EE Store finder, @Mila2. 🙂
