Hi Please can someone help me, I have just signed up to EE online and had my PAC code already so I gave it as I was signing up so my number could be transferred over. My SIM card has been delivered with a different number? So, I thought I maybe needed to fill in another form and tried but the PAC code isn’t working. How can I confirm my number is being moved to EE? I tried live chat but it’s not working and because of a disability, I can’t phone.

Welcome to the community and EE 🙂
You will get a temporary EE number until your number transfers from the other network, you will get a text message when the number transfer has started.
Are you with us on pay as you go or pay monthly?
