Hotspot

Hi, my phone is not connecting to my tablet. It’s keeps showing as service not working and a exclamation mark next to the wife showing full connection.  I have had this problem for many days I have been trying to switch hotspot and put everything on aeroplane mode and it takes ages to work!!! I am so annoyed at a time like this!! Connection should be at its best!!!

EE standard opening hours are 8am to 10.30pm every day.

Obviously!!! It connects shows full bars but the exclamation mark stops me from connecting and shows there is no service!!!
