My mum ordered a new sim card to upgrade to a nano size sim back on 2/11/2020. We have not received the sim yet. The order was acknowledged by email I guess covid has slowed things down so looking for assurance that it is on its way?

@hj32 You should of had this by now. Just to check EE sims are 3 in one sims so you might be able to push out the part you need on the current SIM card.

I tried that before I decided to try to order a new sim but worth knowning if you have the right sim card.
