Hi, I've ordered an accessory and it hasn't emailed me anything

Ordered some Galaxy buds for collection at my local store. Had no email or confirmation and it hasn't come up on my ER

@AshleyWolves9   Are you sure your order went through?   I would call customer services as they be able to check this for you.
