Hi I recently returned to EE and trying to reactivate ee perk

Hi, after returning to EE and trying to get my perks reactivated it tells me that I am already registered, problem being is that I can’t log in and when trying to get the email sent to reset my password I am not getting anywhere.  Can anyone help.  Thanks
