Perks deactivated

I recently purchased a 4g wifi device but still need to give them my perk code. When it tried getting it says my account is deactivated. How do I reactivate it or what can I do. I have only used 1 of my perk codes so far.

@Krigby53  discount codes have to be applied at the time of order they cannot be applied after. 

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

That's not what the EE told me when I purchased it. She said I could call back. Other people have posted similar issues and someone was able to help them?
