I payed my broadband 36hours and my broadband still not switched on

@Amanda94 Have you tried restarting the router? does your phone line work if you have a phone line with EE ? and you might need to call customer services as this is a public forum that cannot see why this would not be switched on yet.

When you say "everything" does that include talking to Customer Services?
